Your responsibilities

  • Preparation corporate bookkeeping and annual financial statements in accordance with LUXGAAP
  • Perform adjustments of foreign property accounting to LUXGAAP and Alternative Investment Fund law
  • Co-ordinate financial operational with external parties activity to address liquidity, fiscal, legal risks and resolve issues within real estate structures
  • Provide support to external tax advisors, auditors, property managers

 

We expect from you

  • Degree in accounting, economics or business, tax consulting or similar
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Experience working in SAP would be an advantage
  • First IFRS experience would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Assertiveness and confidence
  • Talent for analysis, communication, co-ordination and advising
  • Fluent English and German (verbal and written)
