Your responsibilities

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of clients to support the daily activities of the funds under management
  • Assist through the onboarding process, support clients in day-to day activities, and help to resolve any fund-related queries
  • Support the management and coordination of all parties involved (clients, lawyers, tax advisors, notaries, and internal teams) and relevant processes of the onboarding (including the negotiation of service level agreements, review fund and marketing constitutional documents, maintain templates of legal documents
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationship with each of the fund delegates including portfolio managers, investment advisors, administrators and depositaries, including participation of service provider quality calls
  • Maintain the Fund corporate calendar and monitor compliance with deadlines according to Fund corporate calendar and internal procedures, and ensure coordination and review of fund financial reports and long form reports
  • Update internal database on clients (static as well as dynamic) data by liaising internally with counterparties to verify and/or collect the required information
  • Ensure all funds have up-to-date policies and procedures and contractual agreements that reflect on-going regulatory developments and any other requirements as determined by the Fund Boards, including the Operating Memorandum
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure compliance with internal procedures and their proper documentation, i.e. populate checklists, other fund related tasks, etc.
  • Upload investor report and target fund documentation to the investor portal (distribution)
  • Support with ad hoc projects

 

We expect from you

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in similar roles in Luxembourg fund industry
  • Good knowledge of Luxembourg legal, tax and regulatory regimes
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English - German is an asset
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and commercially minded
